What is the age limit for participating in these activities?
Jump: 6 years+
Climbing: 6 years+
Soft Play: 1-6 years
Trampo Extreme has been an immersive experience for the entire family. For visitors to jump they must be 4 years old or older
Do I need to book in advance?
We currently do not have online bookings, you can purchase your tickets at the counter
What is the cancelation policy?
Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred or resold. They are valid only for the date shown, location booked and are void if tampered with.

What time should I arrive for my booking?
Please arrive 20 mins before your time slot to check in. No extension of time is available for late arrival.
Are there any clothing or footwear requirements for these activities?
- Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, jogging pants, and t-shirts.
- Dishdashas, skirts, or dresses are not allowed.
- Remove any sharp objects like jewelry, belt buckles, or clothing studs.
- Only Trampo Extreme socks are permitted on the trampolines; shoes are not allowed.
- Shoes is required when participating in activities at the Climbing area.

Can I wear my glasses?
Yes, you can but they may fall off so wear them at your own risk.
